If a cash symbol includes a multiplier, the Special Collector Symbol collects the multiplied value. It collects symbols in a set order, moving from the top to the bottom of the reel and left to right across the board. 

If a Special Collector Symbol is already on the board with a Bet Value Multiplier, this value can be collected again by any subsequent Special Collector Symbol that lands.
