Once bets are locked in, Lightning Multipliers are chosen and applied. The live presenter then drops three standard six-sided dice into a tall, transparent tower filled with a maze of pins. The dice bounce unpredictably through the structure before landing in a tray at the bottom.

The total of the three dice determines the winning number. Payouts are settled automatically and a new round of Lightning Dice begins.

Lightning Multipliers

Although any total between 3 and 18 can receive a Lightning Multiplier, the size of the multiplier depends on the likelihood of that total being rolled. Unlike other Lightning games at our online casino, where any number can get any multiplier, Lightning Dice applies limits based on probability.

The rarest outcomes, 3 and 18, carry the biggest punch, with possible multipliers ranging from 149:1 up to 999:1. Totals like 4 and 17 fall into the next tier, offering between 49:1 and 499:1. As the numbers get more common, the potential multipliers scale down.

For instance, totals like 10 and 11, which are among the most frequently rolled, come with lower multipliers between 4:1 and 49:1.

If you win a standard round without a multiplier, you’re paid out according to the odds shown on the betting grid, in addition to getting your stake back. However, if your chosen number is struck by lightning and wins, the displayed multiplier payout replaces the usual odds and includes your stake within it.
